If you’r looking for a little less engine braking and some more low/mid RPM response this map should help you. It will not pull as long in 2nd or 3rd gears but can help get you back into the meat of the power (recovery) quicker than the stock map. Yes, there are two maps loaded into the stock KX250 when you purchase from a dealer but this map will give you more “excitement” with less engine braking as well as a freer spool up feeling when accelerating.
